Attire
Multi colored or solid color two-piece competition bikini. Studs, rhinestones, or beads are allowed. Suit may include connectors, straps and hip connectors. Clear heels are required but height of heels is optional. Jewelry and earrings are encouraged. No theme wear.
Front Pose
Hips and feet should be generally positioned forward. A slight twist is permitted as long as both shoulders are facing the front. Do not execute a side pose when facing front. If your feet and knees are facing directly to the side while in a front pose you will be scored down.
Hands can hang free or you can anchor one hand on the hip. Do not anchor both hands unless it is used only for a quick transition pose.
Arms and hands should not be raised or spread out to the sides.
Side Poses
Hips and feet should be facing the side. You should twist and have your upper body towards the front. Always face the camera.

Your feet can be to staggered, together, or rear foot placed forward. A slight lift of the heal onto the toe is permitted
Rear Pose
Heels can either be together or spaced shoulder width apart. Do not perform a crossed leg rear pose.
Arms should be down with hands placed at top of thighs.
Hair can be left covering the back or removed.
Do not look over your shoulder at the camera.
Do not bend too far forward. Glutes and hamstrings need to be on display but competitor should not be bending over. Keep your chest and chin lifted as much as you can. Anything in bad taste will be scored down.
Transition Poses and Intrapose Movement.
Any transition poses or movement within a pose should be fluid. You are judged the entire time you are on camera so your transitions should be polished. We are looking for uniqueness and creativity but nothing obnoxious. If your movements would interfere with others on stage at a traditional show you will be scored down.

Heels together, toes facing forward (can have a slight angle). Lats flared, arms in semi-relaxed position at sides.
Side Poses
Feet and knees should face the side. Feet can be together or slightly offset. Heels must be flat on the ground. Face the direction that your knees are pointed. Turn your upper body enough to display both shoulders to the camera. Do not hold you arms too far out in front and back of you.
Rear Pose
Heels together, toes facing forward (can have a slight angle). Lats flared, arms in semi-relaxed position at sides.
Muscularity Poses
- Front Double-Biceps– One leg shifted toward the side, both arms up in double biceps pose. Open handed pose.
- Side Chest – A lot of variation will be allowed in this pose. Only requirement is your feet and knees must face the side. Display yourself in the best possible manner. Open handed pose.
- Side Triceps – A lot of variation will be allowed in this pose. Only requirement is your feet and knees must face the side. Display yourself in the best possible manner. Open handed pose. You are permitted to reach behind your back to grab the wrist of your front arm. You cannot grab finger to finger and your front hand needs to remain open.
- Rear Double-Biceps – Step back or to the side with one leg. Both arms are lifted up in double-biceps pose. Open handed pose
- Front Abdominal Pose – Step slightly forward and outward with one leg. Hands can be positioned either together behind the head, or with one hand behind the head and the opposite one positioned on the hip. Stand tall and do
not stick your pelvis too far forward in the pose.
Attire
Men’s Board Shorts with a length that can be a few inches above or below the knee. Nothing excessive in either direction… The waistband should fit no lower than 3 inches below the navel.
